Gail Blair is a Food and Medical Intuitive and Healing Facilitator for both animals and humans. Her “Intuitive Chef” journey began in 2011 when she embraced her life-long passion for food as a plant-based chef. In 2012 Food Revelation was born and with it came a profound Spiritual Awakening.
As a “food intuitive” she is most known for her “Food IS Talking” Intuitive Food Compatibility Charts. During her unique process the body and food are speaking volumes and Gail is listening. She provides a chart of foods unique to every client to move the body into healing mode and supportive recipes are included.
She now incorporates all of her skills to help uncover and clear energetic blocks (the energetic root of dis-ease) that can keep both animals and humans out of alignment with their natural state of health and well-being.
